Pros
You're going to love the people you work with and you might be able to leverage
Cons
You will be constantly hounded by a directionless but desperately urgent leadership stack that will change from CIO on down every ~18 months like clockwork. They will not listen to you, even as they ask for your direct input. At no point are you likely to see sustained stability in any IT or operations department, nor will you see anything like a sane workload for the numbner of hours you have in a day. Odds are the stress will affect your health and personal life as your boss calls you at home constantly to ask questions you've already answered. Word from leadership is and will always be "there's no budget for headcount" as the private owner of the business regularly takes his 10 figure mega yacht halfway around the world, so you can expect to stay understaffed if you're ever unfortunate enough to lose a teammate.
