Pros

- work life balance - pay and significant raises - great co workers

Cons

- Upper management unfair and dishonest. This is a top down issue -No Career Growth Opportunities nor caring of Employees well being - upper management tends to participate relatiation and micromanagement. - No Bonus Opportunities - Lack of structure and stability due to high turn over and lean team. - Changes to roles and responsibilities with no additional pay or training ( my role from what I accepted to what Ieft with was drastically different) - replacement of people with tools with no formal training ( manager would expect us to find you tube videos on our own to learn)

Pros

Paycheck didn't bounce. 1 good thing

Cons

Terminated multiple projecteded class workers. Never returned any of my desk items worth over $500. My manager just got promoted for taking my work and presenting it as their own.

Pros

This was a brand new role when I joined the company, so I was able to add value to the role by creating new initiatives and challenging myself with creative design, which is what I was hired to do, which was sometimes both a challenge but felt satisfying. Benefits were fantastic in a results-driven environment which is probably why I remained at the company longer than I expected.

Cons

Even though most of my work was to do with creative and design, I was not to be given a title to reflect that due to company structures. The unstructured role also meant I could not see career progression clearly until I discussed with my managers to find novel solutions.
