Job can get repetitive as you progress and you could get bored

CEO is a micro manager

Nothing much, ppl, salary and benefits are good

Fast-paced and stressful workplace atmosphere

No increment/bonus. Roles and responsibilities when the job was accepted is completely different. No clear direction of responsibility. Manager is hardly ever in touch.

Manager there isn't the greatest. Not a good people person or good with training. Does not hold promises.

Work-life balance was not good. But that may have been the team I was on

Terminated multiple projecteded class workers. Never returned any of my desk items worth over $500. My manager just got promoted for taking my work and presenting it as their own.

Even though most of my work was to do with creative and design, I was not to be given a title to reflect that due to company structures. The unstructured role also meant I could not see career progression clearly until I discussed with my managers to find novel solutions.
