Some talented coworkers and decent benefits. The experience can look good on a résumé if you’re early in your career.
Cons
Extremely corporate and rigid environment. Micromanagement is constant, and there’s very little trust or autonomy. The culture feels cold and transactional. Upper management is disengaged and out of touch with day-to-day teams. Growth isn’t encouraged.

Zero accountability for leadership. CEO treats company like personal piggy bank. Risk and Legal are ignored. Addition by subtraction for valued roles and positions. Incompetent individuals promoted.

Pretty good pay. Good benefits. Most jobs are fully remote now. Most people I have worked with are friendly and collaborative.
Cons
Only downside has been the reductions in force and low to no raises when we have had a "bad" year. Very demoralizing.

Cons
The Puerto Rico office is run by narcissistic executives. The salary seems good for the market until you realize you're doing the work of four different people. The toxic "executives" always get away with it because no one holds them accountable for their misdeeds. Integrity is nonexistent. None of the programs and tools they use are up-to-date, so you won't learn anything new. Keep looking.

This was a brand new role when I joined the company, so I was able to add value to the role by creating new initiatives and challenging myself with creative design, which is what I was hired to do, which was sometimes both a challenge but felt satisfying. Benefits were fantastic in a results-driven environment which is probably why I remained at the company longer than I expected.
Cons
Even though most of my work was to do with creative and design, I was not to be given a title to reflect that due to company structures. The unstructured role also meant I could not see career progression clearly until I discussed with my managers to find novel solutions.
