Pros
You'll probably love who you work with. Most everyone has an interesting story, special talents, and a desire to improve. Lots of room for growth, and if you're ambitious you can make a lasting impression here. Met some life-long friends and learned a lot from this experience so far!
Cons
Things change at a lightning pace for better or worse. We could probably let things cook a little bit longer on average. You need to be able to roll with the punches to thrive.
