Good benefits for the area

Company tries hard to maintain its inclusive culture. Benefits are good but there is a little room for improvement. Work/Life balance is great. Current Senior leadership is good at startup and run processes.

The company is great, they do a lot to take care of their employees and provide an environment where you will thrive. Amazing benefits, encouraged PTO, plus tons of fun perks such as free car detailing, masseuse, catered lunches, happy hour, and other team-building outings!

People, culture and opportunity. SharpSpring does a great job of finding amazing, hard-working, genuine employees and it goes a long way in making the day-to-day extra enjoyable. This is a fast-paced, agile environment and I can always count on my colleagues' positive attitudes and approaches. SharpSpring also does a good job of promoting from within, based on merit. I feel like my input is always heard and valued by HR and upper management. Benefits package is great, and there are good perks like an on-site gym, catered lunches and company sponsored happy hour.
