Pros
People, culture and opportunity. SharpSpring does a great job of finding amazing, hard-working, genuine employees and it goes a long way in making the day-to-day extra enjoyable. This is a fast-paced, agile environment and I can always count on my colleagues' positive attitudes and approaches. SharpSpring also does a good job of promoting from within, based on merit. I feel like my input is always heard and valued by HR and upper management. Benefits package is great, and there are good perks like an on-site gym, catered lunches and company sponsored happy hour.
Cons
SharpSpring and its products are extremely agile, which at some times can lead to slight miscommunications, priority shifts and projects being worked on in a vacuum. Ultimately, the ability to quickly and effectively pivot is a positive attribute, but sometimes the pace can be frustrating.
