Truly remote work from home position

Cons

Was hired as Cigna and it wasn’t disclosed until after that it was express scripts. Training was beyond awful, unorganized, unprofessional, no training environment, no support.

Pros

The benefits are good , your job is completely remote.

Cons

If your team lead doesn’t like you , well that pretty much seals your fate. They micro manage the heck out of you. They tell you one thing in training and then it’s another on the floor. The department’s do not work together. They are not helpful . And you get calls right back because the person before you didn’t bother to do their job and you have to make excuses for them . When you mention it to your team lead they put you down .
