Pros

Kahoots during orientation after that it went downhill fast

Cons

Patients were the worse. They think they can degrade you and can call you every name in the book. And guess what...you're not allowed to hang up on them no matter how bad they get. Screw the patients. Non stop calls that will cause you to go insane. They expect you to answer the next call within 30 seconds so you cant catch your breath. Metric call center which makes proving customer service difficult. Supervisors who just want you do get on the phones and gossip like high school kids. Short lunch which is only 30 minutes. Doesnt even feel like you sit down. Old phones that constantly breaks down. Doctor offices that try to belittle you. Had a call were this angry lady receptionist called because a botox wasnt delivered. I tracked the package and it showed it was delivered. She then called Express Scripts every name in the book (and rightfully so) then look at the packages and found the Botox in the bottom of the packages. She looked like an idiot after that lol. Screw them too.
