Pros

Health benefits retirement program base pay package . Many good people and friendships made over time. High turnover rate means plenty of jobs available at all times

Cons

Horrible company to work for. They only care about numbers. Will spend millions to watch key strokes but forget about getting a new mouse pad. Don't make your numbers you get fired. Make your numbers and goals will be increased next year. Try to practice pharmacy or help a patient and you will quickly find this behavior is discouraged by short sighted management

Pros

Monday-Friday. (sometimes). Cafeteria had good food.

Cons

My hours always changed. The auditing of calls was very subjective. The supervisors were always micro managing. If you were on a call too long they would come to your desk and ask why. They were really strict on reaching your metrics. Really hard to take person time off. Very high turn-over in the call center. No associate appreciation incentives. This company was all about numbers numbers numbers….No real care about employees just meeting their goals. Mandatory overtime was always assigned, even 1-2 hours before the end of your shift and if you didn't stay you would get attendance points.

Pros

For me, the best reason is that it is close to my home. If you prefer repetitive, routine work, then you may like it.

Cons

It's "all about the numbers". More emphasis is placed on productivity numbers than customer service. Expected productivity rates are unrealistic and result in associates doing whatever is necessary to make the rates, which includes shortcuts that do not result in beneficial outcomes, . Customer service gets lip service only, it is not a priority, which is evident for customers and Dr's offices who call in and cannot talk to a live person because so many departments use voice mail as a first line. Not many advancement opportunities for pharmacists. Loads of Supervisor positions for technicians since they are paid less. Pharmacists are not valued for their knowledge or experience. If you can't make the numbers, you are out.
