      Pros

      You meet really good friends. I worked for the Express Scripts in Whitestown, IN it started off as Medco (one of the best companies to work for).....

      Cons

      Express Scripts took over Medco and became one of the worse companies. They work you entirely to hard for the money they pay. The raises are nothing i started off at $13.00 and was employed here for 4 years and when i left i was only making 13.75. No opportunity for growth

      Pros

      Good Salary, Good Benefits, Strong sense of unity, good value prop, most people who work for Express Scripts are highly skilled, and want to do well. Strong mid level leadership.

      Cons

      Silo-ed approach to problem solving, Grown too big to adequately sustain strong customer focus. True concern for member and client experience has taken a back seat to clinical innovation and grabbing for more market share. There is a "culture of fear". Most employees are afraid to ask, tell of share, and most of the time the person who matters (leadership) is too busy to actively listen.

      Great Benefits, Large company with ability to transfer.

      Cons

      This is the epicenter of corporate American politics. Incompetent people are promoted within into management position. Process improvement ideas and initiatives are taken from you and implemented and the creator gets none of the credit they are due. I was fired for for serving jury duty. Expect my lawsuit.
