Pros

7 weeks of training, great co-workers, decent starting pay and benefits,

Cons

you are graded on your calls , all of your calls are monitored, you can get very angry clients calling in and have to deal with them.

I can not think of a good reason to work here. This is the worst job I had ever had. I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy.

Back stabbing and no family considerations AT ALL!!!

Pros

Good benefits, full time positions through out the company, work at home and locations through out the us

Cons

Pay is horrendous for the amount of work expected, standards are high and computer systems are extremely unreliable to meet the metrics. Management is unstable, not aware of the lack of professionalism of leaders on the floor.
