Pros

When my shift has ended and it's time for me to go home.

Managers,supervisors,and surprisingly co-workers have a tendency talk to you in a perfunctory manner. It's a cultural which based on meanness, and callousness. And, it's exceedingly rare to find people smiling let alone in good-mood. The lack of leadership skills in management is largely to blame for the despondent, yet stressful work environment. For example, when system is not functioning properly management has a devil-may-care attitude and advise us to do the best with what is operating at the time. Also, when speaking to the patient, brevity is key otherwise you'll be placed on a corrective action plan for talking too long.
