Pros

The benefits are better than the norm, however Medco's were better. Keeps me employed until I find a better paying job. I won't be here too much longer if I can help it.

Cons

Sweatshop like conditions, can't get out of your seat for two hours at a time. Workloads are unbearable and sometimes you leave work with tension headaches.The pay is insulting for the workload. Everybody in our dept is miserable.

Pros

Ok pay. Some wonderful co-workers.

Cons

Poor benefits, especially rx insurance since this is a PBM. Some terrible schedules, abusive customers. The welfare of the lower level employees is simply not a concern of middle /upper mgmt
