very large, hard to grasp how your work impacts bottom line

None that I can think of

- Managers can lack empathy, respect, and experience with taking calls. They hired people who never took calls before or are familiar with the process to attempt to coach us. - Insane standard per call while at the same time failing to communicate what people are doing wrong thus in a sense purposefully causing workers to fail and be let go. -Express Scripts and Cigna will NOT give you a proper schedule, you will NOT get 2 days off in a row they will give you 2 potentially random days off while they bear down on you for every small mistake you make -Cigna and Express Scripts are playing with the livelyhood of its employees by giving cryptic feedback to their standards, burning out their employees, and giving them the bare minimum wage.

1. Lack of support after training 2. Heavy volume of calls which come right in no time to take a breather. 3. lack of professionalism among supervisors and leaders. 4. lack of training when it came to learning about benefits plans and how they work which was not part of the job descriptions advertised when applying nor was it discussed during the interview process. 5. the Pay is low and miscommunication about pay differential

Leads and upper management are not cooperative to their employee, sometime felt that the work environment is worst.

jaded management, in some cases discriminatory management, boring work, just a number
