Express Scripts reviews about "training"

Hiring is a nightmare and some entry level positions lack some of the necessary training. Healthcare nenefits have been declining over the years.

Poor pay, and small bonuses

if bathroom break is longer than 3 minutes your sup is notified. not aloud to disconnect with abusive callers. not enough pay for workload. not enough training time.

Training would be nice to learn something.

1. Lack of support after training 2. Heavy volume of calls which come right in no time to take a breather. 3. lack of professionalism among supervisors and leaders. 4. lack of training when it came to learning about benefits plans and how they work which was not part of the job descriptions advertised when applying nor was it discussed during the interview process. 5. the Pay is low and miscommunication about pay differential

- Work life balance is usually good, but when times are busy - it’s really busy - Would like to see salary adjustment for inflation
