      Pros

      Healthy and welcoming work environment that promotes teamwork.   - Opportunities for growth and skill development.   - Positive workplace culture that motivates employees.

      Cons

      Transport facilities could be improved. Providing 24/7 transport or at least a scheduled pick-up and drop service during day and evening hours to the nearest railway station would greatly benefit employees, especially those commuting from different areas.
