Cons

I have never seen a company' pathetic, useless and cheap like firstsource. Worked for around 3-4 BPOs but firstsource is the worst. Even the companies like WNS which might not be known much but they treat their employees like humans unlike firstsource who think that by employing us they are doing some charity or we don't deserve to th treated like employees but dogs. Have so many issues specially the transport is very cheap, firstsource has hired thrid and low budget vendors for transport and the employees has to suffer this. They will kick me out of the company if I leave such a comment and if they will notice it. They should just sell something on streets instead of having such a pathetic organisation which is not even organised
