Close to my home Not physically demanding

Cons

Expected to turn up 30 minutes early for work to prepare (for which you aren't paid) Shift patterns alter with very little warning Shift patterns can have you go from starting at 8.00 A.M to starting at 5.00 P.M. overnight or working 9 days in a row HR Department have to be asked multiple times to get anything done Training course was inadequate ( and half what I'd been told it would be)
