Been an employee of Firstsource for quite sometime now and I have only seen the buisness grow and the option to develop get better and better. Good holiday allowance Support Option for progression Good shift rotations Working on behalf of big branded companies Good benefits including free health care and pension. Not only do you have job security you can make friends for life. Targets are expected to be hit if you are struggling the support from The management team is always there on hand!
