Pros

Opportunity to earn a decent bonus on top of a decent salary. Full of people of all ages who get involved with work nites out. Cool managers who support staff in earning bonus and new skills

Cons

Public transport links as there are bus stops but the nearest train station is a 10 min walk.

Pros

Good working atmosphere with excellent support from managers. Days go quickly which is a big bonus and I rarely feel stressed. No need to worry about work after leaving at end of day which makes time off very relaxed. I am enjoying the job far more than most of my previous jobs which can only be a good thing.

Cons

Pay just above government minimum but to be fair bonuses boost this noticeably
