      Agents, my teamm especially only for them i wouldnt be still there,

      training, insecurity no reassurance during this time due to operation management all layed off due to a restructuring plan.......................then employ a 22 yr old with 1 year team leader experience to be contact manager ... REALLY

      Nothing in particular. If you can find any, you will be surprised.

      Cons

      Values are for name sake, leadership sucks, very poor support to employees. Professionals are leaving left, right and center. Senior leadership is not bothered about the outcome. For promotions, skill, knowledge and experience are not the criteria. May God bless the employees over there. Pathetic work place, worst place to work.
