It feels like a good stepping stone. You learn a lot, gain confidence, and get real work experience early in your career. Great place if you’re just starting out , they give freshers a real chance. The training actually helps, especially with communication and confidence Salary comes on time, which gives peace of mind You get to work with international clients, which is a good exposure. Shift options are flexible, so you can adjust based on your routine

Cons

Night shifts might be tough at first, but they teach time management. High-pressure situations occasionally, but you learn to stay calm and handle challenges
