Throughout this journey, I've had the privilege of meeting incredible mentors and leaders who have shaped and guided me. Firstsource has provided me with an environment where learning and growth flourish. I am especially grateful for my Mentor, Nikki (SKY SUV) and Karishma (Telstra), along with many other leaders who have continuously motivated and supported me. Their guidance has been instrumental in shaping the professional I am today. Looking back, I truly appreciate the opportunities, mentorship, and experiences that have helped me evolve. Firstsource has been a place of growth, learning, and meaningful connections, and I am thankful for the support that has made my journey so rewarding.

Pay and Working with a flexible schedule. Pay is competitive at 20.00 per hour and they were flexible when I was sick.

Cons

Workload and Communication-expecting everything but telling you nothing its seems like no one is on the same page.
