      I loved working with my colleagues and empowering my team daily to perform in a remote environment

      Cons

      Moving up in the company is seldom to none does not matter if you went over and beyond your job duties and having a higher education does not matter. The Leadership does not help you grow. They are for the numbers only. Employees do not get raises unless the company makes money.
