Pay is sometimes low and confusing. Paid by matrix rate. HR department is non existent. They signed me up for the wrong Health Savings plan, paid my taxes to the wrong state and didn't charge me correctly for my health insurance for 4 months causing me to have to pay off their mistakes for the next 6 months.

Pitiful Pay and Benefits, Non-Supportive and Combative Leadership

Not physically draining, very lax environment. Can eat and drink ar desk.

Cons

Very low pay for the type of work, knowledge and training required. Non supportive, unprofessional management, terrible workforce management and scheduling.

Having said that, our people are at the core of our values and giving them a great experience is priority for us. Having said that what ever pay is confirmed in your offer letter is what we pay our employees. If there is any discrepancy in what was promised verses what is paid to you, please reach out to your HR SPOCs.
