      Pros

      They are flexible on schedules.. Allowing you to change when needed. Otherwise nothing left to say for pros in this category

      Cons

      Management is horrible, little to no pay increase yearly.. Moral is out the window.. And management doesn't try to get it up. If you are not a "token employee" you get no recognition for anything. The whole leadership team needs to be reevaluated and Changed out. No room for growth. Favoritism. I could go on and on.

      Good company for starters

      Pros

      One of the good bpo industry where you will get to learn a to z of bpo industry. They have multiple processes of domestic as well as international. Work cultures and ethics are good. Get your salary on time and on the 1st day of the month. Good pay package for starter and for experienced guy.

      Cons

      Management could have been better. Employee relationship not upto the mark.

      Pros

      Good team to work with locally. Weekly activities, Challenging job, Helpful support teams, Cool cafeteria, working with young people, busy environment.

      Cons

      If you work in a isolated location, no effort is made to provide training or extend the facilities other centers have. No bonus. and you are ignored. Sub-par facilities. run down workspace
