No communication stemming from upper management to immediate supervisors. No incentives, 2% merit increase only, no room for advancement and no stability. Since it is a vendor, as soon as a contract is terminated, you lose your job. No internal relocating or placement. Honestly, the worst company I've ever worked for!

Dealing with unfriendly managers. They don't even say good morning. Not enough training for the job you are expected to do. You learn as you go. Pay is too low for what you have to do. The building is very dirty and dusty. The bathrooms are very nasty.
