-Salary are not so competitive. Main reason why so many left the company -no motivation incentive or anything! Whats with that bell curve anyway. Even both of you get the same score card, your incentive are not the same. Employee are unmotivated all the time - they bend the rules just to justify that they are right! Whats the use employee handbook? - new hire have larger basic pay. It happens when they realized that there are a lot of new competitive company who give higher pay around them. Northgate is a growing business district thats why. - old emp salary is maintain as is. Wtf!

Everything is wrong with working at Firstsource, from working with illiterates to delayed salaries. Lest I add the torture of getting bonus and they find very way to make sure you don't get it. I wouldn't wish even my enemy to work for them, they're both dream and talent killers unless you're under 20 years of age with no real life directions. I can write so much damaging facts about this company but I shall leave it for now. My advise, run for the hills if you love your sanity.
