-> Didn't mentioned about the duration of the contract -> Once the contract got completed, they laid me off on very next day -> They don't give increments or give 200 dollars per month hike after working for 2 years.

- After 3 years working here i got a 3% salary increase(woot woot i guess...) - No where to grow - No laptop given, you have to use your own machine - 3 years no clear path to go from mid level to senior - No culture, no nothing you are just a number for them
