Pros

Our senior leadership team has been very focused on improving the culture for the better. It's very refreshing to see how much they care!

Cons

Antiquated systems, workloads vs staffing, lacking training.

Lack of communication and disorganized

Pros

Free lunch, 401k match, vacation time, and great coworkers

Cons

Communication between and amongst management levels is completely lacking. More silos than ever. Teams within the same department are on different pages. With the historic turnover rate, there is understaffing and overwork everywhere you turn. Production is key with meeting deadlines far outweighing the quality of the work. Manager to employee allocation makes no sense - some managers have more than 15 direct reports while others have 3 or less.

Pros

The people on my team were great! Peer to peer relationships keep everyone going. Free Lunch. Decent traffic/commute.

Cons

With a rising Expense Ratio and a staff that is slowly trickling off, Senior Leadership continues to demonstrate a clear lack of understanding and communication with the rest of the company. They chalk the turnover rate up to 'change', while they continue to eliminate positions under the cover of 're-organization.' The recent Cultural Focus claims to be listening to the employees voices, however the actual Communications On Culture drop the weight of development and advancement on the employee themselves with little to no support of upper management except a launch party. Continuing Educations is not paid for or PTO supplied for it. Raises and Promotions are frozen while the expense ratio continues to climb. Hiring is behind the curve so turnover leaves the rest of the employees in the lurch. Business Retention is at an all time low without enough staff to work on new revenue streams. Hours are long and work loads are large.
