Pros
Free lunch and dress for your day were a plus. Would recommend for gaining experience but not a long-term career.
Cons
The future and survival of the company is suspect due to lack of competitiveness in the marketplace and questionable financials. Additionally, there is daily conflict between legacy and modern IT systems, making day-to-day business more difficult than necessary. (E.g., still operating MS Office 2010). Lastly, employees tend to silo themselves to their department with a click-culture mentality and engage in group think. Office spaces are archaic.
