Sometime there are unrealistic expectations on cold calling but there are no penalties and they are mostly understanding.

They teach you everything you need to know . They even pay for your testing on the computer. It's a over all good job .

Cons

You don't get a bonus like the tax preparers do. Job only last for tax time after that you will have to find another job.

Really easy going boss, staff, and easy job. If you need to call out you can, no big deal. Just making phone calls, booking appoints, some filing.

Cons

Minimum wage, i was working 10 hours a week, seasonal employment
