Pros

The people you work with are hard working and helpful. The company provides supportive training and incentives and tries to foster a positive culture of support and appreciation.

Cons

Head office has a narrow view sometimes and implements changes without considering the impact of the timing on the employees in the small community offices. Pay is not the greatest.

Pros

I enjoyed my coworkers and my supervisor was great. She was flexible when I needed to change my schedule. I love customer service and the majority of our clients were wonderful!

Cons

I worked 7 day weeks during peak season, 10-12 hour days are not uncommon. It's seasonal: No benefits.
