Pros

Good pay during the season, Flexible Schedule, Hybrid work options during the season with the ability to work remote and onsite, possible bonus pay if targets are met.

Cons

Seasonal only, lay off at the end of season, reapply for job every season. Poor leadership training and preparation to advance to higher positions. Difficulty maintaining support staff due to low pay and hostile uncooperative office cultures. No matter if your offices work hard and make their targets, If the District does not make their targets, You get nothing, no bonus. You use your own personal computer.
