• Extremely flexible May-December, but only because you are a very part-time employee • That's it

Cons

• None of the proprietary systems within the company work. If you think this tax company should be able to reliably file taxes, you would be wrong. • The company has discovered how to erase trust with its employees AND clients • The company's business outlook is extremely poor and will only get worse. Not only because the IRS is changing how taxes get done, but because of the awful decisions the company makes regarding technology and retaining talent • The company has a culture of complete ambivalence, taking the name and brand for granted. For example: • Tax software for 2022 was built on a system that Microsoft stopped supporting almost 2 years ago
