Pros

It’s only seasonal. You can transfer offices or districts as they call them You can make a bonus

Cons

Zero work life balance Managers get conflicting directions and micro managed so they can’t do their jobs The people above the office manager over ride the schedules so they ignore the times you’re able to work and give you 12 hour shifts or have you work earlier or later than you’re able Retaliation if you say no you can’t work more hours or be available on a day off Last minute schedule changes are constantly happening some with less than 24 hour notice Constant threats to your employment if you don’t play by their rules Hostile and toxic work environment

Pros

Innovative company, trying to redefine/re-market itself. Competitive pay.

Cons

They weed out people once they reach the upper quadrant of their salary band. Majority of those were over 50 years old.

Pros

This is a temporary job that requires you do about 26 -28 different things for a few more cents than minimum wage. Ridiculous! They were EXTREMELY negative and toxic in our office, and clients were complaining to me about the incompetency of the staff. Smh. Don't waste your time working here unless you like working very hard for peanuts, no respect and no appreciation. Couldn't breathe in that office because of the tension. Get a life! You're a RETAIL store, not a real tax firm. I worked for a REAL, private accountant tax firm.

Cons

Not so fast, 'glass door'! Horrible Pay. They should be ashamed of themselves. Nitpicking co-workers who needed to get a life, and a real job. Told it would be 10 hours a week when hired, but of course everyone quit because they saw it was a crap job, so they are too cheap to hire someone new and just overload you with scheduling you to work 8-12 days straight with no day off. When it was sub zero winter weather, instead of letting employees leave early or not work those two days, they sent an email around telling staff to keep the furnace heat down!! ( I kid you not.). Disgusting greed. Was picked on literally from day one on the job for my great intelligence. When YOU are paid slightly above minimum wage to work all those hours, then we can talk. Oh, don't want to do that, management? What a surprise! No way. Baloney! Too cheap to hire cleaning staff and told me to clean the MEN'S bathroom as well as women's. DREAM ON and clean it yourself!
