Pros

-Fantastic educational program: After three months of study I walked in feeling like I knew what I was doing. They have the new pros watch five live cases and then have an older pro watch over your shoulder for 3 cases before they turn you loose to do you own cases.

Cons

- It will never be a full time job. They paint a pretty picture about company loyalty, but even the Master level pros were scolded publicly for getting anywhere near 35 work hours a week. - No benefits. - Massive difference between pay and what the customers are getting charged for a tax return.
