High turnover in senior leadership has resulted in the loss of the understanding of the core value the company provides it's customers. Anyone associated with, and who still holds to the former culture built by Henry and Richard Bloch has been systematically targeted and let go. The current senior leadership team does not understand the business but are not willing to admit it instead choosing attempt to change the company to fit the business they know, retail. Unfortunately running a highly specialized financial service operation like a "box on a shelf" retail operation is not working. Prediction - Bill Cobb (CEO) and his friends at the top (Kip Knight, etc.) will continue to be surprised by poor results as they dismantle the once great company. They will take their golden parachutes and jump leaving the company in shambles.
