Pros

Pay was good and both my manager and team were supportive.

Cons

I was initially told that I would be working at an office that is in walking distance from me with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote only to be sent to an officer further away due to it having more hours. Tough clients can be a pain to deal with.

Pros

This job is very flexible with hours and schedule.

Cons

Your hourly pay is deducted out of your bonus. If a client decides not to file a return with you, your do not receive any payment. Since it commission based, other tax professionals can and will steal your clients and returns so that they receive the commission instead of you.
