H&r block provides an amazing working environment with a ton of activities and events happening around the year.

I believe it can do better in terms of available projects.

Pros

I learned tons at H&R Block. The Leads and Seniors are very intelligent, super helpful, and the teams are reasonably sized with mostly reasonable workloads.

Cons

They will let you work exactly as much as you want to work, to the point where it becomes detrimental. Some people are working way more than 50 hours a week, and management won't hire enough to prevent the leads and Seniors from feeling like they have to put in that many hours. Pay is just barely acceptable.
