The lack of good salaries.

System can be a little tricky at first, updates could have better training, job is just for the general tax season

Salary could be better I think

Management is not the best

Low pay for the hours.

Schedule is irratic and often made or changed last minute. You get pushed to offices that you did not agree to work in. You get reprimanded for not getting high enough numbers on things that you have zero control over (such as pricing for the client, or whether a client decides to come back and pay for their service and complete their return). Clients get scheduled back to back with no time for breaks all day. Any client complaints will result in a refund and an apology (even when the issue has been reviewed and the client is wrong).

We could use more phone lines.

Pay could be better given the work involved

It was post Covid when they changed tax laws in the middle of tax season, and people are combative when they don’t understand what’s happening.
