May be a good starting point for first-timers

Pros

This may be a good learning experience for first-timers in the Customer Support+ Technical Support industry (which I was back then). Generous during holidays when you have to work, makes sure you're well-fed. If metrics not met or there are changes to the account, will get transferred to another account.

Cons

Gives one of the lowest salaries out there. Even after a year the salary doesn't change much. Also if less than a year experience, gives not much leeway to request work time and leaves. There is also some kind of internal bullying/drama going on even among immediate supervisors, and it's unclear where and who to go to at this kind of situation.
