Best place for women employees

Pros

Lots of non monetary benefits and great career options for women. 2 way free transport. Open door policy. Cross functional movement freedom for employees. Women employees will benefit the most out of this company. Can see lots of women leaders.

Cons

Cheap politics and tenure based promotion but claims to be merit based promotion. Rare scenarios we can see merit based promotions. Some tenured employees fail to realise that they actually should leave the company and treat it like a government job. No termination of employees whatsoever. Legal team is very cowardice
