      Pros

      Good Benefits and Retirement Benefit, Nice People and Flexible schedule for higher management ( depends on your reporting manager)

      Cons

      Unstructured and Poor Management, Low level of Employee Engagement, Limited opportunity for Growth and Development, High Effort Low Impact Task. PCs, Laptops are outdated. Poor Accountability on Higher Management side. They Value Tenurity over Performance. Level of competency on the role is lower compared to acceptable industry Standards.

      Limited progression, company values don’t reflect real world

      Pros

      Nice enough office and surroundings. Some lovely and supportive staff and management, most of whom have unfortunately left the business Some good benefits when representing larger clients Team on site do try to inject fun into the place and encourage a lot of charity events

      Cons

      Poor progression options. Willing to have people working in development roles with no real appraisals or promise of a permanent role. When people have progressed to management they have ended up leaving because of work load expectations, poor recruitment of staff, little/no development options into different areas of the business. No offer of additional training/qualifications despite always talking about investing in people. Directors are based offshore, barely visited the Preston site in many years of working there, which makes them completely out of touch with employees. Strict, ‘black and white’ disciplinary procedures and some members of management and HR quite unwilling to give people a chance to improve. This creates a negative culture with staff and actually drives poor behaviour because people don’t feel valued. No pay rise discussions for 5 years .
