      Pros

      Helpful people. Free coffee. Free AC. Free water. Tv on the floor (which shows only their advertisement 24x7) The biggest pros is you can meet some of the nicest people here. They all are joining here because they don't have much opportunity. So many people are down to earth.

      Cons

      Previously​ it was good. Call flow was less. But as the performance increased the call flow increased. You don't have time to even turn your head away from the screen. Should be continuously staring at the computer. Should take permission to even pee 15 mins prior. Should return within 5 mins, even if you had to go for poop. Should ask permission to have food 1 hr prior. Should return within 25 mins. And the cafeteria would be crowded ALWAYS. Only one way cab. DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT fall for all the nice words the HR use before you join. Once joined, u won't even find the HR whenever you are in need. Trust me, i worked there for 2 yrs and never i got a chance to go into the mysterious game room (not sure if it exists). Should apply for SICK LEAVE 1 week prior. Nope, I'm not joking. Sick leaves reminds me of school days. Get doctor letters / leave letter. JOIN "ONLY and ONLY" IF THIS IS THE LAST COMPANY IN YOUR LIST, at your own risk.

      Devoid of respect, no annual leave and awful training

      Pros

      - Work from home - Team managers are generally decent

      Cons

      - I worked there for 3 months and every holiday request (1 day requested each time) was rejected due to 'short staffing' - they'll happily make you work an 11 hour day or 9 days in a row to make up for the day off you requested though! - The training was abysmal, the trainer at the start gave us wrong information about the campaign, and the training I got when moving to a new line was 30 minutes long - Schedules were often given out a few days before, not allowing for any kind of work-life balance - You can be moved to a different line with no notice or refresher training, very little respect for employees - They will take away offline time (buzz meetings) and tell you not to take comfort breaks, this is an abuse of power when there are back to back calls and agents need to stretch, grab water and go to the toilet - Completely arbitrary rules regarding comfort breaks, for example, I got in trouble for taking comfort breaks that are a minute long, rather than 2 or 3 minutes.
