They hired me as a Manager and I had to deal with some rude youngsters within the team. I told them one day to lower down the voice as they were disturbing and the cheeky brats defied my authority. One girl shouted at me like if I was her majordomo. I asked for her dismissal and nothing was done. On the contrary they took me to a meeting room and my line manager asked me to apologise to this people. Horrible horrible. Avoid for the sake of your health. It's a depressive place full of very common people. Dirty tactics and low morale. The clients they work with put the money down for the campaigns and then they no longer care about HGS. No HR. No processes in place. They recruit anyone who wears a pair of trousers and a shirt. It's a place for local people to get some money every 2 weeks. Forget about the big brands they work with. The people they employ is not up to the standard. Poorly managed company. If you are good and you have a good experience avoid this place at all costs. For the sake of your health.

Pay was poor. Six years on a pay freeze. Managers were rude and complained about my disability affecting my work. I felt pushed out. No harm department to complain to. No place to grow as an employee or grow skills.
