Pros

Easy work Team members are sometimes nice Sometimes you get nice people on the phone

Cons

Poor wage Constantly changing work hours Team managers are not trained in being a manager Team managers constantly speaking down to you and threatening to fire you Constant tech and system issues - which you are then blamed for and docked pay for Asking why you want a holiday - denying it if it isn't urgent need, even though you have many days to take off Last minute being told not to work because they have 'overdelivered' on hours to the client

Pros

The cheap company, with cheap managers. I was working in HGS, the work culture is more like a fish market, there is no gender equality, Non- skill managers treat you like labor, No job satisfaction, especially there is one manager, She is the most egoistic lady. As a manager, she took advantage of being female and threatened other employees to make them jobless. She is partial with employees and if you raise a voice against the abusiveness and harassment, she complains to senior managers and HR and it was always one-sided because senior managers and HR never listen to employees they just listen to their favorite managers. HR always ignores employees and never helps them. After trying countless times and following up, HR gives you excuses that they are very busy and will talk later, and after that, they never call you up. Never recommended HGS. Don`t join HGS.

Cons

There is no Cons everything is cheap and third class in this company, Non skill managers handling senior developers and threatening them to make them jobless.

Pros

No pros. Definitely not a good payer at all.

Cons

I have joined the organization 2.6 years back with high hopes. However, all of hopes destroyed in just 3 months of time. Most of the leadership, AGM and above are with the organization for more than 10 years. Some of the leaders are here from the time of the inception of the organization i.e. 20 years. Their thought process is very much restricted and limited. They don't let settle anyone who comes with new thought process, be it a EVP, SVP etc. Everyone is working with worst pace, I believe a tortoise will definitely win the race if he/she has to run against the current leadership. HGS if you want to grow apart from HR/CSR initiatives, shed off your old leaders and hire some new blood. It's my worst working experience.
