Very comfortable with pleasant surroundings. Doesn't look like the typical office environment.

Cons

Borderline between high stress from the incredible call volume and sheer boredom when there are no calls at all during slow times during the year.

Only good thing about working here is the VGH (voluntary go home) Which you can apply for sometimes.

Cons

Dealing with angry customers, Not being able to use pens, Sitting down all day, No team activities even though you are placed on a team.
