Pros

Ability to work at home and covid response. Some of leadership really cares but not consistent.

Cons

Pay is not competitive, limited growth, no continued education, high expectations with limited flexibility. Experience depends on who your leader is, but rarely feel valued or appreciated.

Pros

Work from home Pay was pretty good Not much for pros, only worked during covid season

Cons

No work life balance. Had to be in the seat for the entire shift, penalized for even going to the bathroom. Computer systems were really bad and their voice systems were terrible.

Work from home, they send you all computer equipment, you work 40+ hours

System issues, mandatory overtime, bad pay compares to similar jobs
