They managed to really squeeze you in if ever the account was closed. (Normal happening in BPO, right?) i remember back in 2019, we just started for a couple of months then suddenly the account was pulled out so we were endorsed to another account. for me it was a good thing since i struggled more to the very 1st account i handled. the second account is still difficult especially if you encounter a very complicated scenario but it was manageable. * friendly environment * 14th month pay not just 13th month *account incentives up to P7,500. (tho it's super hard to dispute if you have overbreaks even if it's bcos of clinic auxes. super disappointing.)

Cons

*minimal salary. good for entry level. *system issues almost everyday(not sure if that only started when we were already being hit by this pandemic, but the system issue was quite a headache for us) *some TLs are just powertrip and some tenured folks are even okay compared to the skills of the new TLs that they would promote. lastly, i was just disappointed about my backpay. i still had a remaining balance for my company loan around 7K but i never imagined i would be getting just a very small portion of my backpay since i stayed for almost 2 years.
